Amanda Burgess, DO (she/her) - Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine
Amanda grew up on the west side of Cleveland on Lake Erie. For her undergraduate education, Amanda attended Miami University of Ohio studying microbiology, Spanish, and global health. She interned for an international healthcare non-profit in Lima, Peru for a summer. After undergrad, Amanda earned her master's degree in Bioethics with a special focus on reproductive ethics at Case Western Reserve University back in Cleveland during the peak of the COVID pandemic. Amanda's passion for reproductive justice contributed to her decision to apply to medical school.
Amanda attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio for her medical education. About a few weeks into medical school, Amanda adopted a chihuahua poodle mix named Forty, whose namesake is from Season 2 of the Netflix show, "You." In medical school, Amanda volunteered at a shelter for those affected by interpersonal violence. Amanda remains passionate about social medicine, ethics, and the humanistic aspects of healthcare. Some of her niche clinical interests include addiction medicine, LGBTQ+ care, and advocacy. Amanda chose Grant for her family medicine residency because of an alignment of these values.
Outside of medicine, Amanda enjoys traveling - specifically travel planning. Her current dreams include snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef and exploring New Zealand wine country. She also enjoys watching stand-up comedy and listening to Taylor Swift. Most importantly, her favorite hobby is spending time with her dog, Forty.
Annalise Celano, DO (she/her) - Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine
Annalise grew up in New Jersey, moving to Ohio when she attended the Ohio State University. Having studied health promotion, nutrition, and exercise science, her values closely aligned with those of family medicine from the very start. There, she quickly dove into research focused on social determinants of health—leading to the start of her journey with Grant Family Medicine.
She chose Grant Family Medicine for residency after realizing her work with the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, advocacy within the state of Ohio, and passion for LGBTQ+ healthcare continuously coincided with the Grant FM family and their values. Her other passions in medicine include reproductive health, international medicine, and HIV Medicine.
For fun, Annalise loves backpacking, hiking, rock-climbing, surfing, traveling, reading, trying local breweries with friends, and of course hanging out with her cats Tofu (hairless) and Nugget (hair).

Karthik Sridasyam, MD (he/him) - Wayne State University School of Medicine
Karthik Sridasyam is a creative at heart and a future family doc by choice. Raised in Detroit, he brings a designer's mindset and a street medicine heart to everything he does. At Wayne State, he devoted countless hours walking the streets with his backpack and stethoscope, building authentic connections with the unhoused and discovering that the most powerful medicine begins with listening. That's what drew him to family medicine—and to Grant: a place where community, continuity, and clinical skill seamlessly intertwine.
He thrives on hands-on care—ultrasound, procedures, OB—and has never been one to sit still. Whether he's transforming a space, perfecting a recipe (his butter chicken is legendary), or designing visuals that both teach and inspire, Karthik finds genuine joy in making things better. His photography captures his essence: cooking with intention, exploring with boundless curiosity, and always keeping his people close—like his partner, Nicole, and his close family who shaped him. He's beyond excited to join the Grant team and bring his unique blend of curiosity, innovation, and warmth to every patient encounter.

Kristi studied biology and political science at Miami University before attending Wright State's Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She's the first physician in her family, and she chose Family Medicine for its emphasis on prevention, continuity, and community.
