Caroline Stephenson (she/her) - Program Consultant
Caroline was born in Albany, Georgia and grew up in the suburbs of Cincinnati. In August of 2022, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health from Ohio University, majoring in Health Services Administration and minoring in Business Administration. After college, she moved to Columbus and completed an internship at Dublin in Medical Education, then scored a job at Grant in MedEd! Her favorite thing about Grant is the lovely people she gets to work with and how dedicated the program is to serving the underserved. She values health equity and raising awareness to disparities in health care.
Jess Webb (she/they) - Program Consultant
Jess Webb is from Dayton, Ohio and earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She had a variety of professional experiences that led her to many industries: from immigration law, to e-commerce, to higher education administration, then to medical education at Grant in 2022. (Ask her about working at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams sometime.) She is currently in her Master’s of Health Administration program with an expected graduation date of July 2026. Jess’ favorite thing about working at Grant is the people and their passion for the underserved. Her areas of interest include process improvement, curriculum, health equity, and anything data-driven.
When not at work or school, Jess likes trying new restaurants with her partner, baking, stargazing, and playing video games. Her favorite foods are seafood, key lime pie, and anything with hot cheese. She is an avid traveler and pet parent, who often goes on hikes with her rescue dog, Willow, and curls up after with a good book and the loudest tortoiseshell cat in the world, Halley.
