Caroline was born in Albany, Georgia and grew up in the suburbs of Cincinnati. In August of 2022, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health from Ohio University, majoring in Health Services Administration and minoring in Business Administration. After college, she moved to Columbus and completed an internship at Dublin in Medical Education, then scored a job at Grant in MedEd! Her favorite thing about Grant is the lovely people she gets to work with and how dedicated the program is to serving the underserved. She values health equity and raising awareness to disparities in health care.
Caroline’s favorite thing to do is hangout with her friends, family, and her cat, Doja. In her free time, she can be found reading, taking a walk, going to Jeni’s for ice cream, napping, and watching Love Island. Some of her favorite foods are seafood gumbo, mac and cheese, and boiled peanuts!

Susan joined Medical Education in November of 2013. She considers herself a local girl, moving here with her family in 1975 and returning in 1983 after graduating from Ohio University. She has held a wide variety of positions in her professional career including bank teller, Domino’s Pizza manager (both here and in Canada), bookkeeper for a property management firm, Supervisor for Meals on Wheels and office manager of a private primary care office. She and her husband enjoy traveling by car and take several trips to Annapolis Maryland (her “ancestral home”) every year to watch the Midshipmen’s home football games. In her down time she greatly enjoys reading, knitting, crochet and sewing. What does she love about Grant? The people, of course!!
